So you’ve made a great decision and you want to visit one of our locations, great!

TURNERS FALLS LOCATION (Hair, Skin, Lashes and Nails) is located right on Avenue A as you enter Turners Falls from route 2, immediately to your right after you go through the four way traffic light.

Parking is on the street and it is free! Enjoy this updated, quaint salon filled with cozy hard wood floors and a wonderful atmosphere. We always get complimented on how welcoming and comfortable it is in our safe space.

The team is full of smiles and ready to give your hair, skin and nails all the love they deserve!

At your appointment you will get to know the stylist you booked with, as they will get to know you. We LOVE pictures so if you have some, show them! It helps us all get on the same page. We take consultations very seriously and do our absolute best to get you to your hair goals. You can rest assure knowing we have you and your hairs needs at top priority!

Please arrive on time or even a few minutes before your appointment. We understand life happens, we ask if you are going to be late please call ahead. If you are more than 15 minutes late we reserve the right to make the decision to do what we can in the time we have together or reschedule. If you do not show up or cancel 24 hours beforehand, the card on file will be charged the cancellation fee. We respect and are grateful you choose to spend your invaluable time with us, please respect ours as well.

We are a team base model salon. This means we strongly believe that you are not one team member’s client, you’re all of ours. We respect your time as you respect ours, so although you may love seeing one particular team member, rest assure any of our team members will gladly assist you at your next appointment if need be! We share formulas and techniques, we also help wash and blow dry each other’s clients. So come on in and enjoy getting to know the entire gang!
